COMPLAINTS
We aim to provide the best service we can, but may sometimes fall short of the mark and if this is the case we would encourage you to get in touch.
HOW TO COMPLAIN
We aim to provide the best service we can, but may sometimes fall short of the mark and if this is the case we would encourage you to speak to whoever you feel most comfortable with within the organisation at the earliest opportunity, as often the problem can be sorted out straight away. If you have a complaint to make, please don’t be afraid to say how you feel. We welcome feedback to help us improve our standards and you will not be treated any differently because you have complained. We will just do our best to put right anything that has gone wrong.
We are committed to providing an environment free from harassment, bullying and discrimination and wishes to ensure that all those operating within the organisation are treated and treat others with dignity and respect. Our Anti-harassment policy should be read in conjunction with our complaints procedure.
